If you face an error 0xc00007b or «GTA5.exe Application Error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application – the problem is most likely in the .Net Framework. You need to install the latest version of the Framework from the Microsoft website, and if you already have the latest version – reinstall it. Some users solve the problem by running the game as administrator. In addition, if you have any updates for Windows in standby mode – make sure to set them.   1. Navigate to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64, and remove files d3dx9_24.dll – d3dx9_43.dll,
